How do I get started?

Start by telling us your goals: the message you want to convey, your target audience, style preferences, and budget. We’ll set up a kickoff meeting to work through concept, shoot schedule, locations, and logistics before moving into preproduction.

Can you shoot on location or do you work only in a studio?

We’re flexible. We can shoot on your site, in outdoor locations, or in a controlled studio setting — whichever best suits your project and visual needs.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

We typically include two rounds of client feedback/revisions within the scope. Additional changes or extensive reworking can be accommodated with mutually agreed terms.

What deliverables will I receive?

You’ll receive master videos in your requested formats (e.g. full HD, 4K, compressed web version), alternative cuts (teaser, square, vertical), still photography (high-res images), and optional assets like subtitles, thumbnails, motion graphics files, etc.

Do I own the rights to the footage and images?

Yes — upon full payment, you will own the rights to use the deliverables as per the usage license we agree on (for web, broadcast, social media, internal use, etc.). We grant you all necessary usage permissions. (We can also structure more limited licensing if needed.)
